About Dwarkeen

Why Dwarkeen Exists

Dwarkeen started from a simple idea: ingredient sourcing should work like a partnership, not a transaction. Here's where that idea comes from, and how it actually shows up in how we operate.

Our Story

Our name comes from Dwarka, a city known historically for wisdom, prosperity, and relationships built to last. We didn't pick it as decoration. It's the standard we hold every partnership to.

We started Dwarkeen with a narrower goal than most sourcing companies claim: become the ingredient partner manufacturers stop reconsidering. Not the cheapest quote in the inbox. Not the biggest catalog. The supplier whose shipments show up on spec and on schedule often enough that switching away stops looking worth the risk.

We judge ourselves by contract renewals, not first orders. A customer who's reordered for five years running tells us more than ten who bought once and never came back.

Our Vision

To be the specialty ingredients partner manufacturers think of first when a new formulation, a new market, or a new regulatory requirement puts their current supply chain to the test.

Our Mission

To source, document, and deliver ingredients consistently enough that our customers' quality teams don't need to double-check us.

Core Values

Five Commitments Behind Every Decision

Five commitments guide every decision we make, from the suppliers we onboard to how we handle a customer's first enquiry.

01

Integrity

Documentation and batch traceability that hold up if someone audits them. Timelines we don't dress up. No fine print doing work the sales conversation didn't mention.

02

Reliability

We confirm a date only after checking stock and transit, so when we say Tuesday, we mean Tuesday. If a date is going to move, you hear it from us early, not on the day.

03

Innovation

We track new ingredients and regulatory changes in the industries we serve, so a new request often reaches us with a qualified source already identified.

04

Sustainability

We weigh labor practices and resource use alongside price and purity when auditing suppliers. A cheap ingredient from a shady supply chain gets expensive fast, once someone asks where it actually came from.

05

Customer Success

We measure ourselves by whether your production line ran without a hiccup this quarter, not by our margin on the order.

“Long-term partnerships are earned through consistency, not persuasion.”

Trust in ingredient supply builds slowly and disappears fast, so we run the business for the long game: technical conversations before quotes, documentation that survives an audit, and a phone call before a problem becomes yours. It's a slower way to win a first order. It's the only way we've found to keep a tenth one.

Sustainability

Responsibility toward people, industry, and environment isn't a box we check once. It shapes which suppliers we onboard, how we route logistics, and which growth opportunities we actually chase.

Every supplier in our network gets checked on labor practices and resource use, not just purity certificates and price. That slows onboarding down. It also means fewer ingredients we'd have to quietly pull from the catalog once someone starts asking harder questions about where they came from.
