What documents come with a consignment?
Quality and traceability documents are available for each shipment. Typically this includes a Certificate of Analysis and Safety Data Sheet, and we agree the exact set with you before the first order.
How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
We aim to respond to sourcing enquiries promptly.
Can you supply internationally?
Yes. Tell us the material, quantity and destination and we confirm routing, documents and timing before you commit.
Can I request a sample?
Yes. Mention it in your quote request and we will discuss availability and arrangements for your product.
What if a delivery date changes?
You hear from us first, with the reason and a revised date. We confirm dates against stock and transit so changes are rare.

Yes. Saritique™ is our consumer brand for agarbatti, sambrani, dhoop and herbal fragrance. Dealership and bulk enquiries go to the Saritique contact section.
