A quotation based only on a product name and grade leaves too much to assumption. Before pricing, our sourcing team reviews the specification: assay range, impurity limits, intended application and the regulatory documents the customer's industry requires.

This matters because the same base chemical may be required at very different purity levels in personal care and in pharmaceutical use. Getting it right at quotation avoids rejection at incoming quality control.
